GUIDELINES
ONE PIG
Chef Joe and D will make selections as if it were a draft as to which cuts they will be allowed to use in their menu offerings.
THE MENU
There will be appetizers, entrees and desserts (not pork based) for you to enjoy .
Each chef can use whatever other ingredients they want to create with
FAN INTERACTION
A social media campaign will be launched and voted on by you for draft position, as well as for secret mystery box items that both Chefs will need to use along with some other curveballs
RESERVATIONS
As always we use @RESY for our reservations, and they will be going fast.
So make them early so you are here for this epic night at A Tavola
